Market Research & Competitive Analysis: reviewed similar self-service models, pricing, features, and customer expectations to position Doggo competitively. This included evaluating other companies' technologies, payment methods, and how customers respond.
Target Audience Feedback & Behavior: The concept is shaped by understanding pet owners' pain points, long wait times, messy home grooming, and need for convenience. At present, this feedback was gathered through mainly informal interviews.
Pricing Strategy and Revenue: Using numerical projections to estimate profitability and scalability, you analyzed unit economics (e.g., cost per wash vs. price per use). (In progress)

This milestone update was created by Kaitlyn Moten, Anthony Mercer, Shannon Richardson, and Phillip Phuong as part of a collaborative project for The Workshop Club. The team gathered and reviewed engagement metrics and audience feedback throughout the project to guide creative decisions and improve communication strategies. Each member contributed based on their strengths, from data collection and content analysis to visual design and execution.
This project aligns with Objective 5 by demonstrating our ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making. By analyzing what messaging and visuals resonated most with our audience, we refined our content and ensured the campaign stayed relevant and effective. The use of data as a decision-making tool reflects real-world business environments where performance metrics shape strategy and outcomes.
